100 Races with Williams: Albon's Journey Reaches Critical Point

Williams driver Alex Albon will reach the landmark of his 100th race this weekend at the Hungarian Grand Prix. The journey has been a significant part of Albon’s F1 career, showcasing both highs and lows under Red Bull and since joining Williams in 2022.

After losing his seat at Red Bull and taking a sabbatical, Albon joined Williams and quickly adapted to the Grove outfit. He charged from P20 to P10 at the third round in Australia, marking a significant milestone early in his tenure with the team. His performances since have included career-best qualifying results of P4 and defensive masterclasses that have kept him competitive.

Performance Milestones

With Williams driver Carlos Sainz joining for 2025, Albon has shown continued determination to make the best out of what his current car offers. His highest finish so far with Williams was P5, achieved in the season-opening Australian Grand Prix and repeated in Miami and Imola.
