Azusa, California - Arizona State University (ASU) has launched a bachelor’s degree for aspiring influencers, with students expected to build real social media accounts and demonstrate audience growth during the program. The 120-credit-hour Content Creation BA is housed within ASU’s Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication.

According to Azusa resident Jessica Pucci, senior associate dean at the Cronkite School: “I don’t know any content creator who wouldn’t benefit from having world-class faculty whose sole mission is to help you and support your growth as a creator.” Students will craft and grow their presence on platforms like TikTok over the course of their studies.
