Aston Martin Engineer to Leave Team After Season
Long-time Aston Martin engineer Tom McCullough is set to leave the British F1 team at the end of this season, marking a significant departure after more than a decade with the Silverstone-based squad. According to reporting by Formula 1 (site oficial), McCullough’s expertise in trackside performance and technical leadership will be missed as the team eyes further improvements.
In January 2025, partway through his tenure, McCullough was moved away from the F1 project into a new role within another arm of the business. This transition, amidst a wider senior leadership restructure, has now confirmed that he will depart at the end of this season. His duties will be taken over by Mike Krack, who previously assumed the role of Chief Trackside Officer.
