Real rivals Barca and Madrid both want Rodri as midfield pivot
After enduring contract negotiations, Manchester City midfielder Rodri has become a transfer target for both Barcelona and Real Madrid. With less than a year left on his deal at the Etihad Stadium, the 30-year-old looks set to leave in search of a new challenge valued around $80 million (£60 million).

Maresca recently said: “Any manager in the world wants Rodri, so it’s important for me, the club… We didn't have any conversation just focused on Rodri [with the City hierarchy].”
