Nasir El-Rufai Withdraws Court Applications in Ongoing Corruption Case
New lawyer Paul Erokoro, SAN, asked the Kaduna State High Court to withdraw three of his client's earlier applications. The applications were deemed 'too confrontational' and 'combative,' according to court records.
Speaking after a Wednesday hearing before Justice Darius Khobo, El-Rufai's attorney admitted that the previous filings had language issues. Erokoro apologised for their ‘problematic’ nature, stating: “The pending applications were combative in nature.”
