Competitors Fill Pontão do Lago Sul for Metrópoles Endurance

On the second day of the triathlon race, hundreds of athletes arrive at the venue with high expectations. This Sunday (July 26), they will compete in Sprint Triathlon and Standard Triathlon events.

José Gabriel Aniceto, a beginner who came from Formosa (GO) to compete, spoke about his goal: 'I am a beginner triathlete, and I believe in this practice as a tool for my personal life. I went to the event with high expectations.' Gislaine Soares, from São Paulo, also saw a special opportunity in the race.

Event Schedule

The competition features both Sprint Triathlon and Standard Triathlon. The Sprint Triathlon includes a 750-meter swim, 20 km of cycling, and a 5 km run. The Standard Triathlon, on the other hand, consists of a 1,500 m swim, 40 km of cycling, and a 10 km run.
