Multi-Agency Collaboration Yields Success in Oyo Schoolchildren Rescue

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his administration are celebrating the successful rescue of Oyo schoolchildren kidnapped earlier this year. This victory, achieved after months of diligent intelligence gathering and execution, has been praised by the Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF), which congratulated Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq's leadership in Kwara State.

The Oriire community in Oyo State saw its schoolchildren and teachers taken captive. Following a well-coordinated effort between the state and federal governments, all were safely freed after intense negotiations and operations. The NGF chairman expressed pride in their security forces' commitment throughout this operation.
