Notorious Delta bandit confesses to working for Abuja Alhaji

The alleged kingpin of a notorious gang, Abubakar Usman, was arrested in the forests of Delta State after the kidnapping of Blessing Chiedu. During an exchange with security operatives, Usman revealed that his group works for someone in Abuja.
