What to Watch For in 2026 Seahawks’ Defensive Line
The Seattle Seahawks held their third annual Football Fest at Lumen Field, and second-year defensive tackle Rylie Mills stole the show during practice. The event, under head coach Mike Macdonald’s leadership for three years, saw Mills excel on the field.
Following two seasons of non-padded practices, this year allowed players to hit harder. However, key player Jadarian Price missed out due to lower body soreness. Marshawn Lynch also appeared briefly but was neither signed nor practicing at the time. His presence would have added excitement for fans and former star athletes present.
Rylie Mills' Impressive Performance
Mills’ standout play continued, proving tough to handle throughout practice. He’s been a bright spot in training camp, contributing significantly to the defense.
