All-Pro Defender Returns to Roots for Dallas Cowboys

Von Miller has always had blue in his heart since he was a little boy. The All-Pro defensive end, who led the Commanders with nine sacks last season, recently signed with the Dallas Cowboys after an offseason of discussions.

Miller reminisced about his childhood memories, recounting how his father would cheer for the Dallas Cowboys during games at home. This week, Miller’s career journey took a full circle when he was officially welcomed into the Cowboys' locker room following an emotional reunion in Texas.

“They were the first team to contact me a week before training camp,” said Miller, explaining that it just seemed right. “I live here in the offseason; my mom and dad are here, my kids are here.”
